Thank you for shopping online with Arcadia Vacation Resort. We hope your online experience has been a good one. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at 435-922-0500, option #4 as soon as possible. As a vast majority of in-stock items ship within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
After an order has been shipped, there is no way for us to cancel the order.
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within five (5) business days, whether you are entitled to a return.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Arcadia Vacation Resort does not accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 435-922-0500, option #4 with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within five (5) business days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return or exchange.
If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
